Arlene is one of the best around. Besides being a physical therapist, Arlene is an excellent Pilates Instructor. She is patient, gives good direction and wants nothing more than to help her students become healthier and stronger. My entire body had changed and I have become MUCH stronger and flexible thanks to Arlene. I highly recommend Pilates Space in Marlboro, New Jersey as the best Pilates I’ve ever experienced and you will not find a more dedicated and passionate instructor that Arlene!!! – AM

I started at Pilates Space to improve my flexibility. While I was in pretty good shape, I found it tough to reach, bend, etc. and perform some of the “basics” of daily living. 3 years later I’m able to reach and bend where I never could before. Consequently, I’ve been able to pursue an active life style which includes both tennis and golf. Both these sports require flexibility and balance, and Pilates has given me the confidence and ability to enjoy both. An added plus is that I thoroughly enjoy my weekly sessions with Arlene. I’ve taken quite a few Pilates classes over the years in various locations with various instructors, both on the mat and the reformer. Pilates Space in Marlboro, NJ is the best around. Arlene Katz is obviously very knowledgeable and passionate about Pilates. An added plus, Arlene is a physical therapist. Pilates space is THE place for getting the whole you healthier! The owner Arlene will help everyone, no matter what level you join at. I was very nervous to start but had been looking for a way to get in better shape for cycling competition. Arlene was very patient with me, always making me feel comfortable trying new moves that I didn’t think I could possibly achieve. I am amazed at what my body could do after doing Pilates with Arlene. It’s a perfect combination of exercises to make you the strongest possible cyclist. Without a strong core a cyclist is susceptible to injury. She’s knowledgeable and tuned what’s best for you and YOUR body. – SG
